5 years parts and labour on the whole computer, from us, on top of your legal rights. We work it out from the manufacturers’ warranties on the parts we fit: every part is covered for at least this long, and we do the labour. We confirm the length in writing when you buy. See the Custom Build Terms (section 6) for what is and is not covered.
For 5 years from the day you collect your computer, you buy an upgrade part from us and we fit it for free, at our shop: more memory, a bigger drive, a better graphics card or a Wi-Fi card. You pay for the part; we do not charge for the labour. Simple fitting jobs (about an hour); it does not cover recovering or moving your data. Ring us to book a time.
Warranty remedies are repair, replacement or refund. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, power surges, or faults caused by software the customer installed. Full details are in our Terms & conditions (sections 5 and 9).
