What we repair

If you’ve spilt something, read this first
- Turn it off immediately. Hold the power button down.
- Unplug it and, if the battery comes out easily, remove it.
- Turn it upside down like an open tent so the liquid drains away from the board.
- Don’t use a hairdryer, and don’t put it in rice, neither works, and heat makes it worse.
- Bring it to us as soon as you can. The sooner it’s opened and cleaned, the better the odds.

Do you repair MacBooks?
No, we would recommend taking MacBooks directly to Apple or an approved Apple dealer.
Can you get my files off a laptop that won’t start?
Usually, yes. The drive is often perfectly healthy even when the machine won’t boot.
