Is my old computer worth repairing?

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. A computer a few years old that has slowed down is usually worth a look, because a solid-state drive and more memory can make a big difference for a modest cost. We will tell you honestly before you spend anything.

Will I lose my files?

Almost never. We take care to preserve your data, and if a drive is failing we will talk to you about recovery before we do anything that risks it.

How long will it take?
