Planning a PC build? Send us your parts list, or a quote from another shop, and we will price it for you. Sometimes we can beat it, sometimes we can match it, and sometimes we will tell you honestly that the other shop is cheaper. We never sell below cost, so we will not promise to beat every price, but you will get a straight answer from a real person at a real shop in Worcester.

What to send
- Your parts list: processor, graphics card, motherboard, memory, storage, power supply, case and cooler, as far as you have decided
- A copy of any quote you have been given: a screenshot, photo or PDF is fine
- Whether you would like us to build it, or help you build it yourself
- The e-mail address of your account with us, if you have one, so we can put the quotation straight into it
How it works

Use the form below and attach a picture or PDF of any quote you have, up to 10 MB.
- 2We price it properly
We check that the parts work together, and price them from our current stock and prices.
- 3We send you a quotation
It comes to you by e-mail, and if you already have an account with us, we can attach it to your account so you can look it over there and tell us to go ahead.
- 4Change anything you like
Swap a part, change the budget or ask for alternatives, and we will update the quotation.
- 5Order when you are happy
We order your parts once your payment has cleared. We can build the PC for you, or help you build it yourself at the shop.
What it costs
There is no charge for pricing your list or comparing a quote. If you decide to buy, you pay only for the parts, and for our build or help if you choose it.
We quote before we start, so there are no surprises. No fix, no fee · no call-out charge.
Frequently asked questions
Can you beat another shop’s price?
Sometimes, and sometimes we can only match it. Our prices are worked out from what the parts cost us, and we do not sell below cost. If the other shop is cheaper we will say so.
How do you compare fairly?
We price the same models, not look-alikes. If we suggest a different part, we say so and explain why.
Do I need an account?
No. We can reply by e-mail. If you have an account, we can attach the quotation to it, so you can see it any time under Quotes in your account. If you do not have one yet, you can create a free account on our My account page with just your e-mail address.
How soon will I hear back?
We usually reply the same working day.
Is the quotation a fixed price?
For a short time. Parts prices change, so each quotation says how long it is held for.
Can you build it, or help me build it?
Yes to both. We build computers to order in Worcester, and we also help people build their own, step by step at the shop. See our Custom PCs and guided build pages.
