Sandbox Computers is an independent repair shop in Worcester. No call centres, no scripts, and no upselling you a new machine when the old one just needs a clean and a part. You’ll deal with the same person from start to finish, and we’ll tell you straight whether something is worth fixing.

How long will it take?
We always aim to get things sorted as soon as possible, often there and then or within one working day.
Will I lose my files?
Almost never. We take care to preserve your data, and if a drive is failing we’ll talk to you about recovery before we do anything that risks it.
My computer is quite old, is it worth repairing?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. A lot of “old and slow” machines just need a solid-state drive and more memory, which costs far less than replacing them. We’ll give you an honest answer either way.
Do you work on Macs?
We’re happy to take a look for you but with Apple products we would always recommend going to an Apple-authorised dealer.
