What we do
We check that your motherboard, graphics card, cooler and power supply fit the new case before we start.
Every part is taken out, labelled and fitted into the new case, with the drives and fans moved or replaced as needed.
Cables are reconnected neatly with ties. Full cable management, where every cable is re-routed and hidden, is available as a separate job.
We power it on, check Windows starts, and check the temperatures before it goes back to you.

Call or message us with the case you have, or the case you would like. If you would like to buy the case from us, tell us before you order and we will arrange for it to come to our shop. We will tell you when it arrives.

You are told the price before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
- 3Bring your computer in
Bring it to our shop in Worcester, or ask about local collection, by arrangement.
- 4We swap it and test it
We move the parts, tidy the cables and test it, then you collect it.
What it costs
Case swap, your parts moved into a new case: from £55. A basic cable tidy, a power-on test and a temperature check are included.
Case swap with a new motherboard and CPU: from £85. The new board and processor are fitted with fresh thermal paste, the BIOS is checked and updated, and drivers and updates are done. Your computer should start in your existing Windows.
Full cable management: from £35. Every cable re-routed, tied and hidden.

Where the work is done
Most upgrades are best carried out in our workshop in Worcester, where we have the tools and the time to test everything properly. Many smaller upgrades and repairs can be carried out at your home or office, by arrangement. Whether a job can be done on site depends on what is needed, and we will confirm when you get in touch. Larger jobs, such as deep cleaning, are carried out in our workshop.
Collection and delivery is available locally, by arrangement.
Parts you have bought elsewhere
We are happy to fit parts you have bought elsewhere. We test the part before fitting and charge for labour only. The warranty on the part remains with the seller you bought it from.
Frequently asked questions
Will my parts fit the new case?
Usually yes, but it depends on the size of the motherboard, the length of the graphics card, the height of the cooler and the power supply. We check all of these first and tell you honestly if a case is not a good match, before you buy it.
Will Windows still work?
If the motherboard stays the same, yes. If you are changing the motherboard as well, Windows often starts from your existing drive, but it may need drivers, a BIOS update, or Windows to be reactivated. We check this as part of the job.
Is my data safe?
Your drives are moved across untouched. As a sensible precaution before any hardware work, we recommend backing up your important files first.
Can you swap a case I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We test and fit it, and charge for labour only.
