- Collect from our shop at 53 Tunnel Hill, Worcester, open seven days. It is free. When you choose collection you pick a day and time at checkout and we give you a collection code. Please bring the code and a photo ID. For your protection we can only hand your order to the person named on it, or someone they have authorised, and we ask you to sign for what you collect.
- Delivery to your address in the United Kingdom, at the prices below. Some items are sent to you directly by our suppliers, so one order can arrive as several parcels on different days. We email you the tracking details as soon as they are sent.

How long it takes
- Items we hold in stock: we aim to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days of your payment.
- Items from our suppliers’ warehouses: usually dispatched in 1 to 3 working days. The delivery date shown is an estimate: it is not guaranteed.
- Computers built to order: built and tested after payment, ready in the number of working days shown on the product page, then sent or collected. See our Custom Build Terms.
Collection-only items
A few items are collection only, for example very large, very heavy or fragile things. The product page and the basket say so, and checkout will only offer collection for them. Computers we build for you can be sent by courier, packed by us; delivery is free on orders over the free-delivery amount shown above, which covers most of our builds.
When your order arrives
- Please check the parcel before you sign. If the box is damaged, note it on the courier’s paperwork and tell us the same day.
- Tell us within 48 hours if anything is missing or damaged. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
- Goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you (or handed to you at the shop). Ownership passes to you when we have been paid in full.
Where we deliver
The United Kingdom only. Ring us if you need something sent elsewhere. We deliver and repair on site in Worcester, Droitwich, Malvern and the surrounding area.
