Warranty
Warranty on this refurbished computer
1 year parts and 2 years labour, from us, on top of your legal rights.
- First year: if a part fails we replace it and fit it, and you pay nothing.
- Up to 2 years: we still do the work for free (the labour). If a part needs replacing after the parts warranty has ended, you pay only for the part.
It is a refurbished computer: it was tested, cleaned and checked by us before sale and may show light marks from previous use. The warranty covers faults, not accidental or liquid damage.
Refurbished items are sold with the warranty period stated at the time of sale.
Refurbished goods may show signs of prior use but are tested and supplied in working condition.
Warranty remedies are repair, replacement or refund. It does not cover accidental or liquid damage, power surges, or faults caused by software the customer installed. Full details are in our Terms & conditions (sections 5 and 9).
